W his Q (and his W) whenever you can: his poke is hard to react to but blocking it is integral to surviving and winning trades.

Flip it after item 1

Once you finish your first item you flip the lane: he can no longer out-space your Qs, and after mythic he hates 1v1ing you, so splitpush him slowly (he has no sustain).

Hold your spin

Start trades with Q, then hold your E: if he pops his E invulnerability, don't spin until it's on cooldown; if he doesn't and he's silenced, then start your E.

Never dump your spin into his E invulnerability: wait until his Aegis Assault is on cooldown or you waste the whole combo.
