1. Who we are

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MOBA Trainer website at mobatrainer.com (the "Website"), our desktop application (the "App"), and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by MOBA Trainer B.V. ("MOBA Trainer", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Netherlands. Contact: vlad@mobatrainer.com

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to data processing and paid services). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

4. The Service

MOBA Trainer provides League of Legends–focused training tools, including strategic puzzles, progress tracking, optional subscription features, and connection between the Website and the App. Features may change over time. Free and paid tiers are described on the Website.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly at vlad@mobatrainer.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans (e.g. "MOBA trainee" at €9.99/month, as shown on the Website) renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Prices, features, and billing intervals are shown at checkout and may change with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
  • Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. You agree to their terms where applicable.
  • You may cancel renewal through the account or payment flow indicated at purchase. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund (see our Refund Policy).
  • Taxes may apply depending on your location.

7. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial training. All content, software, branding, and puzzles remain our property or our licensors'. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • cheat or manipulate rankings or progress;
  • attack or disrupt our systems;
  • use bots or automation to abuse puzzles;
  • harass others;
  • violate Riot Games' terms; or
  • use the Service unlawfully.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach.

9. Third parties — Riot Games

MOBA Trainer is not endorsed by Riot Games, Inc. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. We are not responsible for game client outages, account actions by Riot, or third-party platforms (e.g. Discord).

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided for training and entertainment. We do not guarantee rank improvement, competitive results, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights in the EU). Subject to that, MOBA Trainer B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or game accounts. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period (or €50 if you used only free features), except where law requires otherwise.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, liability, governing law) survive termination.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on the Website with an updated date. Material changes may be notified where required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from mandatory protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home country.
