Catch her using Q on you, then shuffle your position so she can't land the vital: if she Qs you but misses it, start spinning, since the vital's movespeed is her only way to kite your E and she just wasted it.

Once she's around 35% HP, go Flash Q → E → R: the Flash Q is nearly impossible to parry, and even if she does parry it you still land E and R to finish.

Hold your W for the second hit of her empowered autos instead of burning it early: and note your spin still procs Stormraider's Surge through her parry.

Accepted Answer

Hug a wall so she can't hit the R vitals, but when she ults you usually just want to run rather than duel it out.
