Post-6 with fury and HP, if he overextends you can run him down with Ghost and win the all-in in one go: but always keep Ghost up or he bursts and kites you.

You can kill Jayce level 1 in an extended trade if he stands to fight you; if he kites back, shove for level 2 instead: after that it settles into a farm lane.

His damage before his first Dirk is low so you can outsustain it, but once he stacks damage don't get poked out: skip the ranged minions under tower (they sit closest to him) and drop a few CS to stay healthy.
