Punish him early

Nasus is weakest early and you win trades insanely hard: once you have Blade of the Ruined King, wait for him to auto a minion, then E in and burst him with your combo and Ignite.

Wither means gank

When he Withers you it's the cue for an all-in or an incoming gank: disengage and respect it, because dying to Nasus is fatal and feeds his scaling.

Deny his Q stacks

Zone him off CS so he can't stack Siphoning Strike: never let him free-farm, especially as the cannon dies (that's 12 stacks) or auto minions to heal off his Passive.

Never overextend against Nasus without vision: dying to him is fatal and every death only fuels his late-game scaling.
